2 pork butts on a 14.5WSM w/ QView

    Hi Everyone - got 2× 6.5 to 7lb pork butts for tomorrow. Plan on starting them around 0600. The smaller one on the left is rubbed down with olive oil and Oakridge BBQ's Secret Weapon. The bigger guy on the right has the olive oil with Killer Hogs The BBQ Rub.

    This is my first post with Qview. Hope you all enjoy!

    Got them on around 0645 this morning. Using kingsford briquettes (blue bag) and some hickory. Stay tuned!

    Should be tasty! I know my Homemade Mini-WSM can rock out some great pork butt!

    Here we are about 4.5 to 5 hours in. Got an unexpected rain this morning struggles to keep Temps up but they are holding around 250.

    Pulled them off to wrap. Spitzed with apple juice and cider vinegar And hit with a touch of the rub before putting them back on.

    IT of 203 and 197. Pulled them both and have them in a cooler waiting for the dinner bell!
