Been doing some experimenting with crushed pellets and the AMNTS.
This is by far the best brisket I've done in the MES.Nothing more than a little of Jeff's rub overnight in the fridge and then into the smoker at 6am.
Beyond tender and the most beautiful mild smoke flavor.
Btw used crushed Lumberjack hickory pellets.
