French toast with my home cured bacon, the dry cured with white pepper and garlic, and homemade sausage. Cooked Eric's SmokinEdge sage recipe, the last of that I had. Both were a hit with the guests. Gotta get busy making more...

Bagels, cream cheese and lox this morning. Commercial lox, I haven’t had a chance to make my own again since the move, but salmon is VERY easy to come by in north Idaho.

Usually we do monkey bread but the oven is broken so it was bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. Then off to mom and dads/gma and gpas for presents. Then been home for a prime rib. Wonder if the little dude will like it.

I just baked it yesterday morning. Daughter has been in it many many times.
Baked a jalapeno cheddar boule this morning. It was a couple hours short on the bulk ferment and a little chewy, but my wife has had many slices. My wife says she's not a bread eater, but anything fresh... well. Daughter wants to try it, but she has a lactose allergy and has to pick and chose for dairy
