Hi all, I googled reviews of my Xmas new smoker the Masterbuilt pro 2 door and have already found the mods needed to make this "schmokin".

I live on Cape Cod and I am a smoked bluefish addict, after smoking in my worthless grill method. I am excited to get rolling with this unit.

I am a USCG veteran, now in real estate and property management, and I fish ALOT.
