Hi guys. I'm new to this forum. Pretty new to smoking too. I have a charbroil 365 vertical now and it works but my wife got me a oklahoma joe longhorn for Christmas. It will be here this week!! Can't wait. My question is where can I get wood like pecan and cherry to use in it? I got some applewood from an orchard near me but in ny trying to find pecan is crazy.
