I'm a charcoal guy, just thought an electric would be good for jerky or in the winter. My WSM doesn't like the cold.Neither

The Bradely looks like a puck burner. I hear they can be expensive to operate. Get the Masterbuilt and read all the info here about mods and accessories that make it a good smoker.
Yes, for jerky, sausage. sticks, fish and with a PID controller mod you can set it 10° above outside ambient temp to create a draft for cold smoking cheeses bacon etc.I'm a charcoal guy, just thought an electric would be good for jerky or in the winter. My WSM doesn't like the cold.
