Administrators; is there any way to have a prerequisite of giving location of the new posters? I would like to discuss some things with them,and find out they are in England or Austrailia or somewhere I don't understand,like trying totell  how to get to that place in Egypt(bf),can't be done

.

I'm @ sealevel,they may be in Butte,Mt., a little different;cooking and fuel-wise.

Well, I was born in San Diego (my dad was in the Navy at the time), then we moved to ND where most of the family is from, after my Dad finished college at UND we moved to Hatton, ND, then Warrenville, IL, then West Chester, PA, from there we went to St. Charles, IL, then on to Oconomowoc, WI, then Delafield, WI, from there I departed for college at the U of M Twin Cities and lived in Minneapolis, MN, then to Johnson Creek, WI, bounced to Roberts, WI, traveled across the St. Croix river to West St. Paul, MN, then moved down to Dousman, WI, after a few years of boredom I got a job offer in Winston-Salem, NC and have been there ever since.

Yes it can be required but some people dont want to give that out so we dont make it a requirement. As for giving advise it should be pretty close no matter where they live unless your baking then the altitude would matter. I think knowing what smoker they had would be more important IMO.


If you feel its important then just reply in the thread asking where they are from.

Well for anyone interested in knowing, I am in Sharps Chapel, Tn. That is about 40 miles N. of Knoxville. I live in an area where I have lake all around me. I have a Houseboat docked at Norris Lake. I am married, (3rd time) 2 twin stepchildren (13). 3 children from other 2 marriages. 4 grandchildren that I never get to see. At the moment I am disabled and waiting. I figured I wanted to do something I liked so I went and bought me a MES 40 at Sams, and found this site. Nothing better to do, so I just look for things to smoke and eat.

If ya ever have a question, just ask. I don't hide nothin

That is a beautiful area of the state Mike. I like to take the old Jeep up to Oliver Springs and run it into rocks at Coal Creek.

Go Vols Buddy!  I was born in Knoxville at St. Mary's Hospital.   My family has a cabin at Norris and spent many a day chasing stripers with my father and step father there. My father was a Knoxville Police officer for 18 years.  Moved to Nebraska in 89 and since have lived all over Colorado, in California in the Marine Corps, Ramadi Iraq, and Okinawa Japan.  Currently reside back in western Nebraska.
