I must have been good this year because Mrs Pi treated me like a king. I have no excuses now not to crank out awesome meals for the family, one of my favorite things to do!

16x18" metal pizza peel for my large pizzas. Now I can pitch the trashed wood peel I've managed to use for years.

Meat slicer and cut proof gloves for all the great smoked meats I'll be making this winter. Lunch is gonna rock!

Pro grade Thermapen. Now I can stop second guessing every temp measurement I take.

And finally got my AMNPS! Used it with chicken on the grill thus week and it worked great! Next up is cheese.

What did you all get??

Nice haul you got there. I didn’t get anything BBQ related (my wife says I have every possible thing lol).
However I did by myself a beautiful new Dulcimer.:emoji_grinning:

I did get a new Viking 13 pc tri-clad stainless cookware set. I have been using it everyday and loving it. Our kitchen range died 12/24 so I’ve been cooking with the new pots - on the gas grill outside. We’re looking for a new range but eating alright til we get one installed. Those are delicious marinated sirloin steaks and a pot of broccoli cheese rice in the pot, from last night. Tonight I made a big pot of chili out there.

My brother in law smoked a brisket for our Christmas Day meal. It was delicious! He did admit that he threw the first one out cause it didn’t go well. $65 mistake but this one was perfect.

I got some bacon hooks ham hangers and some 12x18 stainless marinating pans with lid. They'll work great for letting ground sausage sit overnight
