Just showed up. I know you can view it all on line but I like paper in my hands. 162 pages of spend Yo money.

I like to paper copy too I live in Wichita and they recently moved a few months back. The new showroom is smaller and there is a division between walk in and online. I went in to get a bag of hickory chips 50#, and there was none on the floor figured it was because of the recent move. Nope I have to order it online and request a in store pickup, and come get it when it’s ready. Also there was some discrepancies between online seasonings and the paper catalog mainly in their brats. Not complaining just wasn’t use to the new system

Maybe just growing pains? I’ve sure been happy doing business with them so far, shipping for me is way faster as well. Overall it’s good stuff. Maybe not the best but it’s good.

I am seeing this more and more where they force you to buy online and pickup in store.

I think they do it to keep store inventory down and get the large bulk stuff off the floor so they can showcase more product.

My two cent worth.
