The Health Inspectors I have dealt with in trainings are very Leary of these. Red flags leary.

In researching, I found you have to have the correct procedures in place to use them. But Ihave not uncovered the real issues nor the importance of what is in the procedures.

Anyone know what the issues are????

This is the first I've heard of any problems with them. As far as I know, as long as you get all the air out of the bag first, then a proper seal on a dry bag, you're good to go.

The Health Deprtment types that were telling you to watch out would have been where I would start asking.

Gonna be different in each area. Round here, it's gotta be a commercial unit not a home model.

Why? Danged if I know, ya can put it in a ziplock back but not a home vac bag! An danged if anybody got a good answer fer it niether.

Oh well, ya gotta do it there way er they just shut ya down.
