Done a few pastrami’s in the past but received Jeff’s emailed recipe so gave it a go turned out good bit of a bite to the bark
Everyone enjoyed it

Looks good, That is something I have wanted to do for along time now. Incentives... lol

That looks great I made four up last week and it is fantastic stuff, everybody that had it loved it.

I used the shave setting on my slicer and saved it up super thin, it makes amazing pastrami, Swiss and Rubin sandwiches.

Plan on using my slicer today to cut up the rest for sandwiches can’t wait for lunch.
