I’ve never cooked a tomahawk steak but have wanted to give it a try for a while. Saw one for $27 at Walleyworld and figured what the heck.

Seasoned it up with some Hardcore Carnivore and tossed it on the Weber with a couple chunks of hickory

Melted some butter with onion and garlic and mopped it a couple times

Then when it was about done I stuck it on the hot side for a sear on both sides.

Pulled it right at 123 and let it sit for about 10 minutes before cutting.

Then got to cutting

It was pretty fun to cook. Tasted great with the rub and was big enough for our family. Thanks for looking
