Been around what we call BBQ and I assume you call grilling for what feels like forever.
Current weapons are the usual weber kettles, couple of Ofset smokers, one Chinese and one sturdy local.
Smoking cupboard made out of a Bread proofer, basic. does the job
stainless spit and anything else we can get our hand on for camping
Please excuse me while I stumble my way around this site and feel free to guide me as you see fit.
I hope to be an active member and hope I dont overstep the posting mark.

Welcome! My wife works for a company whose owners are from Australia so I read everything you type with their accent in my head.

Do you do the same when you read what Americans post? Asking for a non-bogan friend.
