Just wanted to let everyone know that it is Thrill of the Grill Week on Food Network. I am sure that most everyone here will be enjoying this week of TV.

that is a great show.I try and make the family watch it, as they all like to help in the kitchen when I grill. (now starting to smoke.)
that food net work kitchen and the ones they cook in drive me to want a second job so I can have that neat stuff at my home. Alton Brown and his tenderloins last night..what a kitchen he has. more like a reaserch center ..I did learn a lot about the tenderloin..will have to quite using my machette to remove it and the membranes
