Wow, what a weekend! Smoked birds an a butt, plus got a great sale on pork chops an round steak, so time ta stock up the freezer!



So after workin in the basement most a the day, packagin meat most a the afternoon, I'm takin a break! Oh, then I gotta make some supper, havin country fried steak, real mashed taters an homemade pepper gravy.
