Hey all,
Back with some more pork tenderloins- man are they good! I also decided to try the BBQ Guru out on my PBC today. Usually I don’t even bother monitoring temp in this thing but I noticed my last two cooks were pretty hot.

Seasoned these up with Heath Riles Pecan Rub and Hardcore Carnivore Red. Rolled some applewood smoke over them and they were quickly at 140. Pulled, rested, and sliced up for salads this week. Verdict is that they’re really good but the Red rub is really really good.

Now I’m just letting the guru and PBC hang out to see what’s what.

Looks real good. I've used both rubs and like them both but I agree on the red. Pretty tasty. Give the black a try on your next steak

Nice looking tenderloins there. I agree with you, they are darn good and really versatile too. Hard to beat for the price.

I still need to do the black on a steak. I’ve used it on some beef and I do really like it!
