I have a GMG and I've noticed that the temperature on the right side of the grill is always higher than the left side.  I found this out by putting an oven thermometer on the grate on the right side and then I moved it to the left side.  Is there a way to adjust something to make it more even across the grate?

Most smokers have hot & cold spots, you can use them to your advantage.

Put the thicker part of the meat toward the hotter side & it will cook evenly.
