I have a grizzly 15lb stuffer that I've been using for a few years that works pretty well.

The problem I have with it is that it needs to be clamped down and if it is clamped to a table that isn't bolted down the whole table will move when I'm stuffing. I was wondering if the hakka, weston or lem suffers are geared easier so I can concentrate on the meat flow rather than cranking and holding down the whole table at the same time? Any advice is greatly Appreciated.

You might consider a horizontal stuffer as they have a low center of gravity - I never need to clamp my Hakka horizontal. They have 2 speed gearbox, but not sure if low speed is similar to the grizzly's one speed.

The drawback of horizontal's are that you need to either run them close to the edge of the counter so the handle will crank (which works fine for me) , or put them up on some kind of platform.

I have an 11 pound stiffer from Waltons. It looks like the second one pictured. I clamp it to my kitchen table and run it by myself. The table doesn't move and it's far from solid. I can use the 12mm tube for beef sticks to the big size for bologna without a problem. Maybe the rack style gears help.
