Still Waiting

I joined the forum some time back, I've logged on as much as possible to LEARN as much as I can. I'm still waiting to get my new smoker, Lang 84, probably won't happen until spring though. Until then I'll be checkin in and loading my brain. Thanks to all of you who are so willing to post so much helpfull info.

Now I know this new lang won't be your first smoker. But if that is what one would start out on they would be a pro in no time. Hope you get it soon, if not, ya got a whole winter to keep notes.

Your gonna want a smaller smoker as well so go get it now is my advice as well. The 84 is a bit much to fire up just for feeding the family. The Qview of an 84 with a fatty or two on it would be kinda funny tho.
