Started to build my first smoker!

If you are going to use propane, the burner might need to be outside the box for the AMNPS to work. If the burner is inside, it might consume all the oxygen, not leaving enough for the AMNPS to burn. I would contact Todd and get his opinion though... after all he is " The Man"!

So the AMNPS is mainly for cold smoking?

Talked to Todd thursday about his products and he answered all of my questions and more over the phone, I ordered the tube from him and the very next day it came in the mail! Talk about customer service! Almost done with the build finally, just have to put one more coat of stain and polyurethane on, move it outside and then put the exhaust vent and cedar shingles on.

I'm as new as it gets, doing my very first hot smoke right now so I really don't have any kind of good expert advice. There are however a TON of experts on this forum. I would suggest starting a new topic.
