Shame on me! I have had this new Joetissary since late November and this is the first go around, pun intended.
Pretty simple setup, just piled Jealous Devil Chunks to the back half of the basket and lit. I put a SnS 18" Drip pan to the front to catch some of the drippings.

Spits on.

Seasoned with 50/50 Jeff's Original and Lowery's.

And at two hours it's done.

Now Pam can do her Chicken and Noodles this weekend.

Oh yeah. I had both wings and a drummy. After I was done carving, that chicken looked like it died a horrible death.
