Bought a Sous Vide rig when they first became a thing.
While it does do somethings well I found it to be very limited in function.
It's great when you have a bunch of people over.
But it's usually just the Wife and I and maybe a couple friends.
Not to mention the Wife and I both like our steaks rare.
Bring em to room temp,season em and Sear the Crap out of em over a VERY Hot Fire.
Done.......
