Since the bluefish haven't showed yet I decided to do a little char.A couple of hours in white wine,a little lemon,shot of redwine vinegar.garlic and then a little ground coriander and dill seed.

My better half made some spread.Main ingredients are mayo and sweet relish.She added sauteed onions,peppers and garlic.Topped with fresh dill and chives.

Looks very nice and the spread on crackers looks tasty, great feed. We love home smoked fish which I havent done for a while, looks like I may grab some fish tomorrow now :)
