I have to smoke 5 turkeys ranging from 8 lbs to 14 lbs.  I would like to use my wsm 22.5, my question, is this a possibility within a 4 hour time frame?  Am I crazy or should also use my 22.5 grill?  Any thoughts welcomed.

IMHO, I would use both the units. They are easy to operate , and they both won't fit in one... use the Foil wrap and towels in a cooler to hold . Cook to 165*F in Breast. Please use a thermometer

Have fun and . . .

I did a 14 lber about ten days ago...

I only used the top rack but you can judge for yourself how much more room you'd have.

If I were you is probably quarter all of the birds to maximize my grill space. I'd also Fire up the kettle and use that as well.

Thanks for the picture and info.  I think I will quarter the birds and use the grill to maximum space.  Cooking for 50 fellow employees is a daunting task and I don't want to look like an amateur.  I will post results in the coming days.
