I can't find a good answer to this question. When smoking 2 items do you add the weight together or go off the individual weights to get the proper cooking tome? Will go by the internal temp but looking for a guideline to make sure i get them done in time. Thanks, Steve
 
Each item needs to stand on it's own for time and temp 
 
Many members here can give you an idea how long each item will take but always go by internal temperature to be sure it is done.

What items are you smoking together?
 
 
Just 2 pork shoulders but have some family members that are pretty vanilla when it comes to spice and my brother and i like things to have a good kick so i do one of each to satisfy the family.
