Well I'm back guys!! It's been a while since I've smoked last but I'm makin it count tonite. I have sausage, brisket, and a marinated pork loin! But it started to rain. So I pulled the van up and got a scrap peice of plywood to cover it. Here's the beginning q-view. More to follow

Here is the beginning q-view. I am using the last of my flavored wood. Apple, cherry, and a bag of jack Daniels barrel chips. I tested it before and it smells quite delicious!

What I do, when In the middle or whenever into a serious smoker routine and it starts to rain, I pul two lawn chairs up, backs to smoker, about a foot away on each side,  their backs are about six inches higher than the smoker.  I then throw a tarp over the chairs, thus covering the smoker.  Keep the smoke moving and the smoker dry.  You can lift the door side of the tarp to access the smoker door.  Quick and easy solution.
