Hello!

I am obviously new to the forums... hence the Roll Call post.  I recently WON a Great Outdoors Smoky Mountain Series Electric Smoker through a giveaway at a local Liquor Store.  Apparently they pulled 4 other names before mine, but I had legible handwriting and/or a working phone number so I took the prize!!  Winning!!

Winning the smoker has really heightened my interest in smoked meats.  I found this glorious website by looking for a good Rib Rub.  Alas I found one, reproduced it, and carnal satiation was had by all or my guests!  Good times.
