Hi All, new guy here.
I'm a DIY'er, and I'm thinking about redoing my smoker.
I bought a Bradley Smoke generator years ago, and hung it on my old Brinkman Smoke N Grill. Wa-La, smoker.
But I think I'd like to do a do-over now.
I was thinking about making a wooden box that was made around standard available cooling racks (SS), so it is a real smoker and not some hashed together old BBQ.
I don't think enameled refrigerators exist anymore. But I've had a couple of those in the past.
Think it'd work? I like the insulating properties of wood.
I think I could build a better mouse trap.
Pro's? Cons? (And yeah, I already know wood burns. LOL! ) :D;)
