Looks great Steve, you will get some good sandwiches out of that.

The carved piece that is missing...was that the pizza delivery guy’s tip!?

That would have been a good tip! My breakfast was a smoked Turkey sammie. And it was delicious!

Ooh, half for me...nice!!

I just picture a teenage boy knocking on the door, delivering the pizza and then holding his hand out for a tip, while you high five slap a piece of smoked turkey in his hand. Lol!

One of my favorite sandwiches to make with leftover smoked poultry is chicken/turkey salad. Take some leftover turkey and place it in a food processor (I use my ninja blender)...add some dill pickle and coarsely chop. Pour into a bowl and mix with mayo and black pepper. Serve on toasted bread.

I was planning on doing just that for lunch at work. Though, I prefer miracle whip over mayo if I have a choice. Another problem I have is that I don't go back to work until Wednesday. There might not be any left!

Looks great . I do the 1/2 cup salt version of Pop's . I use breast for sandwich meat too , but cured thighs and legs are great grilled .
Nice sandwich .

I haven't done thighs or legs yet. It is on my to do list. Thanks for the compliment.
