Great job on the Chicken! My list of want too's is getting pretty long now! I have never smoked the simple recipe I am about to describe but have had it many a time on the grill while fishing for Steelhead with my dad. What he does is take the chicken put it in a zip lock bag, Cut up a few limes (3 to 4 depending on how much chiken he's doing) juice them into the bag and throw the rine in there for good measure add a couple shots of tequila and season with Cavendars greek seasoning and whammy! About 24 hours in the fridge. Every time you grab a Corona out of the fridge flip the bag (sloshing around the ingredience).. We drink a lot of tequila on the boat and the lime in the chicken helps with scurvey. LOL! Happy Smoking, Smokin - K
