Smoked Elote style dip!

Used my lunch break to fire up the barrel cooker and make some Elote dip (Mexican street corn). Pretty good. Made a base type and definitely needs some more kick like diced jalapenos or cayenne.

I need to give this try. Love street corn, wife not to sure.
I have bags of dried jalapeno that powdered would a nice adder for some heat.
