i did some pulled pork chili last week. really don"t have any tips for ya. that was first time i made chili.

It was definitely tasty.  Really could of used some more heat though.  Just wish I had a better chili choice than jalapenos and habaneros.  I didn't use habaneros because they just seem like all heat and no flavor to me.

I realize I'm a bit late to the party, but have you tried serrano peppers? I always thought they have great flavor.
