Selling my RIG, unfortunately...

Well folks due to some personal issues I am selling my custom built smoker (only 3 months old).
The unit includes:
7.5' smoker (w/ top baffle system)
2'x3'oven w/ seperate heat control
side firebox w/ propane option in main chamber
4 sinks w/ water pump for catering
commercial grill(never used)
chrome storage box
overhead canopy w/ lights
2 fish fryers
all on a 21' dual tandem trailer

I will let this beauty go for $7500

Truthfully, and I can't believe I am sharing this, but maybe it will help someone else who is struggling w/ the same thing......

I have had a HUGE struggle w/ alcohol and just need to focus on staying sober right now, and focus on my family.

I still have my "little smokers" for home use but the last thing I need to worry about is starting a business, for now anyway.

You folks have been great and I will still be around to exchange info.

God bless you, alcohol can be a major pain for many to kick. I'm sure everybody on here knows somebody who has been through what you are going through now, it's not picky about who it chooses.

Heck start that biz, let it be an insperation. I know alot of people who only smoke when they drink and there are probably some who only drink when they smoke. If that makes any sense. So just smoke... Get out that pen and paper and start making lists of equipment needed, ingredients and make plans to start BIG. Now I have to give myself a motivational speech. Good luck

I think I am the 1st person....drink when I smoke. I enjoy it, but for now I don't need the additional pressure of a new business, making sure everything turns out good, etc, etc.

I appreciate all of your comments and encouragement.
Who knows what the future holds, but for now it is God, Family and me.

We are here to help when you need it, Tex. Least of your worries is the smoker.

I'll chip in some money if anyone wants to go 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/16 on a nice smoker(although it isn't a pellet smoker

).

I'd use it once a yr, basically to drive it down main street!

edit: All I ask is that I have it during our fair. Not real important, but would be worth the money. Our fair is late july early august. If that doesn't work, I'm open to anything. I'll take it in december and have a Christmas cook or something.

I hope you realize that by just admitting it is a problem for you that you are over half way to being free from it. That is a huge step that unfortunately most people(my father included) never get to. So pat yourself on the back for manning up and taking ownership of your situation. Sounds like you definitely got your priorities straight, the rest should fall in line almost effortlessly.
