Hey gents/gals, new guy here. Completely new to smoking and saw this Forum. I like it, but was hoping to get some advice from the pros.
I haven't smoked yet, but woke up early to get my rub on my babyback ribs 4 hours before the cook. I have 2 full racks cut in half wrapped in foil in the refrigerator. Had to cut em because my smoker isnt that big.
What u was wanting to know was, 1) Did I already mess up and 2) Should I have wrapped them pre-cook?
