Not sure if this is the right place for this so please move it if not.

I made a quick chili today. Used Jeff's rub as the main seasoning.

1 lbs round steak diced in 1/2 inch cubes
1.5 lbs hamburger
1 large onion
1 reb pepper
8 tbs jeff's rub
1 tbs thyme
6 oz tomato paste
1 can tomato soup
4 tbs whorstishire sauce
1.5 tsp liquid smoke

Cooked the onions and peppers for about 5 minutes till the onions started to brown.
Threw in the steak, hamburger, liquid smoke, whorstishire sauce, rub and thyme.
Let it all stew for 10 minutes or so.
Add tomato paste and tomato soup.
you can leave it as is or if it's to thick add a little water to thin it out if you want.

I sauted up some shrooms and poured the chili over an onion bun, stacked up some shrooms and laid a piece f smoked provolone cheese on it.

It was great! I have made lots of chilie but I have to say my new favorite chili recipe is to use Jeff's rub as the base!

Thanks Jeff!
