Night before last, got down in the 50's at night. I tossed 10# of cheese and 6# of butter in the smoker.

Looks fantastic
What system are you using?
I have generator running into modified bar fridge and use pellets

I used my MES 40", amazn pellet box, and tried using mesquite pellets. I'd run out of butter months ago, and last of my cheese is in the fridge. Thought it was a good idea to utilize the rare cool night, and keep me going for a while longer. Got some bread baking now, and will share the butter experience with coworkers tomorrow. Gonna bet some folks will be interested in buying some in the near future.

Sounds great wish it would get down to 50 around here. I have a shed I have my smoker in and have been thinking about finding a old window shaker A/C unit at a yard sale or something so I could cool shed during the evenings and smoker some during our hot summers.

A Full smoker is a happy smoker.
