I have a Smoke Hollow 41170B gasser.

I think i understand that the pellet smoker is the correct choice but i wanted to make sure. I mostly smoke with heat 200-250 (ribs, brisket , etc..)

Can you also answer how much of the pellets i should plan on using? Does a 2lb bag fill the box?

Do you need a torch to start them? And does it just sit on a shelf in the smoke chamber or does it need to be closer to the burner?

Sorry to be a newbie but from reading i can tell i NEED one of these now!!

I can help a little bit but I hope someone else will fill in the rest.
I have a Smoke Hollow 41170B gasser.

I think i understand that the pellet smoker is the correct choice but i wanted to make sure. I mostly smoke with heat 200-250 (ribs, brisket , etc..) The TUBE smoker is the best bet for a gasser, the AMNPS has a very hard time staying lit due to the gas eating up all the oxygen.

Can you also answer how much of the pellets i should plan on using? Does a 2lb bag fill the box? I don't have a TUBE so I don't know how much it holds. Hope someone else can help here.

I can fill in the rest - the tube uses about 12oz of pellets
