I have some turkey breasts an some pork loins that I cooked about a month ago. They were wrapped in foil and then frozen. How long should i take them out of the freezer and put in the fridge to thaw. What temps would you heat something like this back up and what method, covered, pan... smoker not available so will have to be in an oven. Thanks in advance.

do you have a crock pot?

if you save any juices.........pour over em..........let em slow cook to reheat

i use a rice steamer......for pulled pork and brisket..........

I would lay them out on the counter at night and the next morning stick them in the fridge until I was ready to cook. You might put them in a cooking bag and place them in the oven to about 140 degrees.

Depends on the amount of meat. If it's pre-cooked, use yer thermometer <you DO have one, right?> and take each piece to 140 or above. I'd cover 'em in a roasting pan, BTW.

Cook by temp, not time
