My last two smokes chicken thighs & pork tender loin. the chicken was good but I got in a hurry pressure from the wife to hurry up & get done but, next time will put in ear plugs or something (lol) to be sure to nail it next time. The tender loin stuffed with green onions, minced garlic,& sour craut. It looks better than it was. It was a tad dry the craut didnt have a lot flavor i used salt pepper & paprika. Maybe I'll try a differnt stuffing next go round. One I can say though scince I have been on this forum I have learned a lot thanks the people here. I finally got my (picky 7 year old son to eat something besides chicken nuggets & pizza ) so it cant be that bad. Also my wife laughs at me taking q-views , if she smoked she would understand, she hasnt complained about the food.thanks smf members for the helpbmp

I'm allready looking forward to a few months or years down the road when I can find my early posts ,then, know how I made it better the next time , and then be able to help pass that info on to other folks

For me that's the thing that I love about this forum , spend time here , learn and grow , and then give back to others following that tbs path

Well it looks good. I have learned to start very early and cooler things. I've also kinda learned to ignore my wife's laughter as I'm taking Qview shots

Q View looks mighty tasty, I'm sure a good time was had by all. I hiope that you placed the chicken below the tenderloin, it's a health safety issue, only because there was no pic of the meat in the smoker did I mention it. Thanks again.
