for the inspiration on this. Started the beef short ribs in the SV for 72 hours...ok only made it to 72 hours. They pulled really good, mixed with some sweat baby rays, a little Worcestershire, liquid smoke and a little red wine vinegar. Halved the avocado and baked @350 for about 5-7 minutes. Topped with the short rib and baked again for a few more minutes. I have to say the creaminess of the avocado works well with the pulled beef especially when I used the Caribbean hot sauce on mine.

Mine with the Caribbean hot sauce, first had it in Grenada, very flavorful and decently hot.
next time I will put a bit more effort in a great sauce for the pulled rib
