I have made about 4 roasters in the past charcoal and gas all out of fuel oil tanks i am looking at making a new one out of a propane tsnk i have decided to do a reverse flow type design well most likely also thought about a center mounted firebox but thats besides the point i have been invisioning an uncapped end that swings open with a tray that slides out with legs that drop down or a stand you set in place this will be for carving up a whole pig then i also thought about making that completely removable where you could put in a set of racks mounted on a pipe that works like a rotisery. Has anyone done anything similar to this? And ideas on what will work well in that heat as a slide for the main tray? A good way to design tbe rotisery i will probably also put doors along the front ro gain access to the rotisery meats Thanks a head of time for any ideas
