That's an amazing meal! The prime rib is done to perfection! The plating is superb...I can only imagine what it took to pull off...very nicely done!

Ryan
Thank you! The challenge was having everything hot-n-ready together.
The prime rib cooperated by being done about when I planned, leaving me time.
Again thanks, plating and pics is as much to me as the cooking.
Awesome!!
That Prime Rib was done Perfectly!!
And everything else looks Outstanding!!
Love Me some Seared Scallops!!
Nice Job, John!!

Well Chile my friend, I took a little hiatus but just had to come back to this one. That is without doubt one of the most spectacular meals I have EVER seen. I'd have happily paid $200 a plate for that. You always turn out amazing looking stuff but this is at the very top of the list as being the best. Excellent job sir!!

And damned did you do it justice.

Wow, John, just Wow!! What a feast.
The bruschetta looks fantastic, and the scallops, well....... I could eat just them and be happy. About all us landlubbers get are frozen ones.
The meat turned out beautiful, but just a tad too rare for me. The only time I want to see my meat leaking red is when I shoot it. LOL
All in all, a cook worthy of a chef.

Aw schucks Gary, such flattery will get ya fed.
Many thanks to ya for it all, very kind.
That Chevre Bruschetta was danged good with the capers in it, and the scallops, well... Yeah.
I could've cut an end piece for ya, those were more med-rare... Broke my heart to broil slabs for the in-laws.

Thanks for the like chili it is appreciated.

Pictures of the gathering are posted under events then go to the Pa gathering.
