You wont find this at mex restaurants. This is a dish mom made her mom passed it to her....take fryer put in big pot...add water simmer..in a postal and mortar ie mocajete....grind 1teasp whole cominos..8 pepper corns and two teeth garlic ...add it to chicken use a bit o water....cook about 45 min ..tender ..add half small can tom sauce...your spices .....now brown flour add it to the chicken ..makin a Roux.....you can add bell pepper celery if you care to ..the taste is incredible.........there ya go Chili . I dont give away all my recipes..but I'll make an exception...
