This site is awesome. I order every month. I buy the pickled pork tidbits and hocks. My real favorite are the hot pickled eggs. The regular eggs are just your basic pickled egg not worth buying over the net but the hot ones pack a real kick and will put sweat on the forehead. Totally worth the money to have them shipped. They run monthly specials and if you buy in bulk shipping is usually free. Unfortunately when I looked today at the site they were all out of the hot eggs but I am sure they will become available again.
I keep mine in the fridge, the ones in the bar have preservatives in em. Usually don't last long nough ta worry bout em spoilin! Do some pickeld suasages to, the go great tagether!
