I’ve heard all about it from my mom that soaking chicken in pickled justice is like a copy cat chick fila. So I finally gave it a try. I cut two breasts into little chicken chunks, and let it soak in Claussens pickel juice for about 7 hours. Ended up mixing one egg and about a cup and half of milk. Then throwing together about a cup of flour, 1 Tsp of paprika, salt and pepper and soaked the chicken in the egg and milk then through the flour mix. Turned out great. Cooked up some home made fries with it. The pickle juice was the big success. I’d definitely recommend it to try. Next time. Gonna do some breasts the same way for sandwiches. Here are the pics.

Hmmm. Why am I not surprised this reminds me of Chick Filet? I think you nailed it.

If you can figure out a way to pressure fry that chicken without starting a grease fire/explosion that man has never encountered, you will now have a true Chick-Fil-A copycat. I use to live in Hotlanta, and grew up on Chick-Fil-A. Nice recipe btw. Bookmarked for sure.
