Looking for opinions on a cedar built smoker. Approx. 13" wide x 20" deep x 48" smoking area with "burn chamber" below. I have a Traeger grill that the burn unit is still good but the rest is junk. Thinking of building above mentioned smoker with Traeger burn pot. Burn chamber would also be made of cedar but with concrete board and aluminum sheet liner. Any opinions appreciated.
