Well I wanted to try something a bit different this time so here is my attempt at PB&J smoked brisket!
Glaze Recipe: 1 Cup Jelly 1 Cup Peanut Butter Rub Recipe: 3/4 cup paprika 1/2 cup chilli powder or ground chilli flakes 1/4 cup garlic powder 4 Tablespoons Course Salt (Kosher Salt) 3 Tablespoons Course Black Pepper 2 Tablespoons onion powder 2 Tablespoons cumin 1 Tablespoon oregano 1 Tablespoon thyme 1 Tablespoon brown sugar 1 Tablespoon coriander 2 Teaspoons powdered allspice 2 Teaspoons mustard powder
- Rubbed with my special brisket rub (recipe below)
- Glazed in PB&J
- Smoked in MES
- Taste tested by Phoebe the dog
