One Year Here - Pay Back

I have been here one year and I can't begin to thank the numerous members to thank for my learning, there are too many. Not to mention the friends I have made.

Yes, I owned a restaurant also and did baby backs by the hundreds of slabs in the Oven, and smoked before but never got into it till I came here.

After 1 year I feel I can be very proficient in smkoking from everything I have learned here.

I suppose I should thank everyone that helped you because due to your help (and of course many others) I have gone from a noobie smoker burning wood like a fool into a pretty good smoker reaching for the thin blue.
