Boy howdy Steve does that ever look inviting, big Like! I just picked up a couple bakers at the market in order to do something on my CI skillets, even tho I'm trying to cut back on the carbs for a bit. RAY

Thank Ray.

That whole meal looks great Steve but you sure do have a way with taters. You're unending array of different things to do with them never ceases to amaze me. Great job my friend!!

Robert

Thanks my friend!

Looks great , and the smell of beef searing in a cast iron pan is something special by itself .
Thanks! But I was really hoping to smell them on the grill with some hickory chips tossed in!

Man that looks good! I love hash browns any way, especially like that, just never made it in CI. Steak looks awesome too, but would be half for supper and half for breakfast!

Ryan

Thanks Ryan. I had the rest for lunch. Was just as good.

Looks Great, Steve!!
Would have enjoyed better pics of the Steaks, but maybe that's just me. :emoji_disappointed:
Seems they were treated like "Just a side".
Nice Job!!
Like.

Bear

Thanks Bear. The picture didn't do the steaks justice. Didn't realize that until it was too late, burp!

I forgot to mention about that sweet heat Pit Boss rub. That stuff's pretty good! I like all the rubs they have except for the "smoke infused" ones . they taste like fake smoke to me. My favorite for beef is the java chop house.

I have Java chop house too. Haven't tried it yet. My son works at Walmart. And he keeps me well stock on these rubs.
