I looked at that site...got some good info there...but I really don't agree with fact that he used galvanized nails for his hangers...low temp smoking or not...when it comes to food....why even take a chance....just don't do it...those hangers could have been made out of stainless steel or some other material so easily ....just my $.02

stainless steel "s" hooks are available at most hardware stores ...

Been following the development of this site for some time. Really enjoy it for the info available. And the "Three Men", actually only boys masquerading as adults, are really a trip! But I only visit occasionally. I live at SMF!

This time of year, because of my on call status, I can only sandbag and offer what I can as I can. That is, unfortunately, no food porn. But spring is around the corner, the GOSM, ECB and grill wait patiently, and my posts will once again come alive.
